VINEYARD WORSHIP
RETREAT
National Worship Leaders Retreat
Join worship leaders and team members from across the nation for a transformative retreat, where we gather with one heart and mind to embrace community, encouragement, and renewal. Our prayer is that you’ll leave with refreshed strength and passion for your worship calling as we worship and commune together.
Meet us in the mountains.
Come for inspiration. Come for encounter. Come for friendship.
We invite you to the Vineyard Worship Retreat in the breathtaking setting of Estes Park, Colorado, from October 14–17, 2025.
Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, this retreat brings worship leaders and team members from around the country together to marvel at the beauty of creation and experience God’s presence in a stunning, tranquil environment.
Evenings will feature scripture-rich inspirational talks from special guests, alongside powerful times of corporate worship and ministry.
Each morning begins with worship, followed by a meaningful spiritual direction exercise or devotional, and concludes with time for small group connection and prayer.
Afternoons are yours to design:
Attend training workshops.
Explore outdoor activities solo or with others.
Book a session with one of our Spiritual Directors.
Stroll through town or simply rest.
Every element of this retreat is thoughtfully crafted to foster connection with the broader worship community and provide space for encountering the Living God.
Our prayer is that you’ll leave this retreat with fresh vision, encouragement, and a renewed sense of purpose for your life, leadership, and ministry.

Testimonies
“The Vineyard Worship Leader Retreat is a game-changer for any worship leader! The settings create space for the worship leader to be refreshed and refueled by the Holy Sprit. The small group ministry time is invaluable to the development of any worship leader. I highly recommend the retreat for any worship leader in the Vineyard Movement."
“We often talk about the Vineyard being a tribe, but how can a person feel like they belong? The retreats have been hugely influential for me - I've realized, first hand, that there is a Vineyard 'out there', and that there are people just like me trying their best to follow Jesus and love the Church. The three main things that I've found at the retreats are friendship, initiation into the wider Vineyard 'tribe', and encouragement to keep going.”
“I've personally attended 4 worship leader retreats, [they] have provided unique opportunities to hear from God. Each time I've gone, I was in spots where I needed renewed vision, encouragement, community with other leaders, and extended worship times. Without fail, I walked away with hope and excitement for the future of worship in my own church. Anyone who has the chance to go will not regret it, it will bring back good fruit for years to come.”

A worship circle is a unique worship experience where participants sing and play instruments in concentric circles, creating a communal sound that encourages connection and unity. It’s a time for everyone to engage in worship, regardless of their musical ability or experience. The goal is to create a space where people can express their worship together in a spontaneous and vibrant way.
You don’t need to be an experienced musician to participate — if you can strum a guitar, play a tambourine, or even just clap your hands, we encourage you to bring an instrument or anything that can add to the sound. Whether you have an acoustic instrument (guitar, mandolin, cajón, djembe, keyboard, etc.) or simply want to join in with your voice, everyone is welcome to contribute. Feel free to bring whatever instruments you have or are comfortable with.
-
We recommend dressing comfortably for the retreat, as there will be both indoor sessions and outdoor activities. Since the retreat is held at a high-altitude location, the weather can change quickly, so we suggest bringing layers. Comfortable shoes for walking and participating in activities are also encouraged!
-
This retreat is specifically designed for those involved in worship leadership and ministry. However, spouses are welcome to attend and must register separately.
-
Yes, there is Wi-Fi available at the conference center. However, we encourage you to take this opportunity to disconnect and fully engage in the retreat experience.
-
We recommend bringing:
Comfortable clothing and shoes for both indoor and outdoor activities
A Bible, notebook, and pen for spiritual exercises and sessions
Personal toiletries and any necessary medications
A water bottle (to stay hydrated, as high altitudes can increase dehydration)
Acoustic instruments for our worship circle (if you play one and would like to join in!)
Outdoor gear (e.g., jacket, hat, sunscreen) for optional activities
-
Yes! There will be free time in the afternoons for you to relax, explore the area, or engage in optional outdoor activities. Be mindful that the high-altitude location may affect your energy levels, so pace yourself and take breaks as needed.
